Whenever I've needed help, he not only understands the issue and has a resolution but produces an instructional video just for "you", to address the issue! While the daily operations of utilizing the application is easy to use, the instructional videos are most helpful in navigating through the learning curve. Comparatively, this system is the full package for professional FBA sellers. You are able to find profitable book flips, then use the database for processing them, and finally, to uploading them to Amazon's platform. Great minds were behind this all inclusive system. Thanks!
